Our company, through GOODWIN ATLAS GROUP LTD, is pleased to offer our clients equipment leak testing services using the high-precision helium method. The research is carried out on the customer’s premises.
Monitoring of vacuum systems in thermal equipment includes leak testing, vacuum measurement, and process control to ensure specified parameters. Vacuum is measured using vacuum gauges, and process control includes maintaining the specified pressure using automated systems.
Helium leak detector: The most accurate method for detecting leaks by increasing the helium concentration outside and detecting it inside the vacuum system.
The helium leak detection method can be used to inspect pipes and connecting lines, vacuum furnace components, medical equipment, fuel and hydraulic lines, thermal devices, and scanning electron microscopes. In most of these applications, preventative gas leak testing is mandatory.
